Return & Replacement Policy

At Dólzari, we maintain strict quality standards for all our products.

We do not offer any returns or refunds once the order is placed.

However, we do provide replacement in case:

- The product is damaged

- The product received is incorrect

To request a replacement, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/video).

The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Replacement will be processed within 3–5 working days after verification.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
